I stayed here from Monday to Friday and there was a piece of metal in the carpet and I stepped on it a few times. Monday it was brought to the guy at the front desk and he said he will tell maintenance. Apparently maintenance was given a wrong room number. Went to check out and brought it up again and the lady said the manager isn't here to do anything about it and have to wait til Monday to talk to them. Also can you renovate the pool area? It would be great to have someone from management or corporate to reach out to me.

Stayed 4 weeks ago still trying to get a smoking fee removed that was charged to me without my knowledge especially since I do not smoke. Had issue with room thermostat tried to call front desk the phone didn't work. The carpet in the room is dirty. There was beer still in the fridge from previous guests. Drink rings on the furniture. Beds uncomfortable.

I really enjoyed my stay here while passing through the area. The room was clean and very comfortable, making it easy to get a great night of sleep after a long day of driving. I also loved that there were plenty of options at breakfast to start my morning right. It was a smooth and pleasant experience overall, and I would definitely choose to stay here again in the future.
